At my 82 years old and feeling completly vital, healthy, active, happy, wise and alive I offer through my own experience to guide you through these times of aging with health, grace, joy, creativity and empowerment.
I offer 4 sessions of one and a half hours every other week starting in April 2023.
They can be personal or group sessions

A mis 82 años y sintiéndome completamente vital, saludable, activa, feliz, sabia y viva, me ofrezco a través de mi propia experiencia guiarlas a través de estos tiempos de envejecimiento para que sea con salud, gracia, alegría, creatividad y empoderamiento.
Ofrezco 4 sesiones de una hora y media semana por medio a partir de abril de 2023.
